Asparagus Ham & Brie Rolls
This alluring combination makes a great weekend treat. Serve with mixed antipasti for a lazy lunch with friends.
- Steam four fresh asparagus spears for 5 minutes or until just tender.
- Top four slices of Parma ham with a thin wedge of ripe brie and an asparagus spear.
- Roll them up and allow the brie to melt around the hot asparagus.
