Spicy Prawns with Mango & Chili Salsa
Spicy, juicy and oh so tasty - put a spring in your step this lunchtime.
A ripe mango
Fresh chili (how much depends on how spicy you like it)
A large handful of jumbo shrimp
A squeeze of lime juice
- Chop the ripe mango into small chunks and combine with finely sliced red or green chili peppers (depending on how spicy you like your food!). Top your Crispbread with the mango salsa and then lay a few juicy jumbo shrimp on top for a tasty lunch with a kick! For extra zing, why not add a squeeze of lime juice.
