Ingredients
- 1 Crispbread (choose your favorite)
- A dollop of hummus
- A squeeze of lemon
- A few sun dried tomatoes
- A sprinkling of rocket leaves
Directions
- Spread a thick layer of hummus onto the Crispbread. Pile high with your sundried tomatoes and scatter on your rocket leaves. Finish off with a squeeze of lemon to bring the taste of the Med to your lunchtime.
